Own environment design, Azure DevOps CI/CD, release management, DR testing, and production incident response — and coordinate the DevOps engineers assigned across the portfolio. Kong fronts APIs run by multiple third-party banking vendors; contributed to standing up a second DR region.

Refactored 25+ Terraform modules for AWS Fargate, ALB, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis, and ECS — cutting new-service provisioning from two days of click-ops to under 30 minutes via pull-request review. Ran an ECS/Windows hybrid processing 10K+ PDFs daily, replaced legacy OpsWorks with SSM across 40+ instances, and drove a ~30% cut in lower-environment AWS spend.
Public Transport Ticketing Platform

Migrated a production workload from EC2-hosted Kubernetes to EKS, then consolidated to ECS, integrating Istio service mesh for routing and observability across 15+ microservices. Refactored CloudFormation and CodePipeline definitions, rebuilt CloudWatch alerting, closed 20+ outstanding CVEs, and redesigned Bitbucket Pipelines — achieving zero deployment failures during cutover.

My commercial CLI for reverse engineering cloud infrastructure into Terraform. Terraback imports live AWS, Azure, and GCP resources across 105+ resource types into idiomatic Terraform HCL — letting teams retrofit Infrastructure as Code onto legacy ClickOps environments. Plugin-based engine, versioned releases on a two-week cadence.
CarVision
A production car-recognition engine: make, model, and generation from a single photo. 896 model-generations across 76 makes at 93.85% top-1 accuracy with calibrated confidence and explicit rejection handling. Ships as a Python SDK, Android SDK, and self-hosted REST API — EfficientNet-V2-S exported to TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, and ONNX, running on-device in ~50 ms. Powers Boby's Garage in production.
